Disaster Relief
At the Emergency Response and Awareness Foundation (ERAF), our disaster relief efforts focus on providing timely, dignified, and need-based support to communities affected by natural and human-made disasters.
Responding When Communities Need Us Most
We work to bridge the gap between immediate emergency needs and the longer journey towards recovery and rehabilitation.
Our relief interventions include the distribution of essential food items, dry ration, hygiene supplies, clothing, household necessities, and other critical relief materials to affected families, particularly those who have lost homes, livelihoods, or access to basic necessities.
As part of our humanitarian response, ERAF has also distributed essential relief materials among flood-affected communities in Sivasagar, Assam, extending support to families during a difficult period and helping them meet their immediate needs with dignity.
Our disaster relief approach is guided by rapid assessment, community needs, volunteer mobilisation, coordination with local stakeholders, and transparent distribution.
